Can I lose my drivers License again?

I was in an accident in Oct 2005. I hit someone from behind and had no car insurance.... after the hurricane, difficult times... It was a minor fender bender. The insurance company sued me for repairs of the vehicle. I signed a paper stating that I wouls pay it and then I got a receipt saying that they tacked on almost 15,000 more to pay them. I was threatened that if I was late, did not pay, or pay that much, I would lose my license again by a subrogation company. I have been paying for two years but I can no longer afford to pay the amount that I have been paying. (the contract was to end August 2008, signed in August 2006.) Is it possible that if I do not pay, I will get my license suspended?

Yes, if the people you have the contract with notify the DMV, which is very likely. If you cannot afford to make the payment, you would be much better off contacting the insurance company and explaining your situation and try to negotiate a different payment plan until you get on your feet.
