Looking for music library software that supports del.icio.us style tags.?

And I'm not talking about ID3 tagging software that'll help you fill out title and artist and whatnot. I want to be able to tag a song like how last.fm allows people to tag songs.

Example: "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" by Wham would be tagged as "number1, 80s, pop, dance, british, new wave, fun, wham, male vocalists, 80's, guilty pleasures, favorites, catchy, new, old but good" (examples from last.fm).

Can anyone help me out?
