What Line of Business Software do you need most?

After spending years developing Line of Business software for someone else I want to start my own business and line my own pockets but I dont know what type product to develop.

CRMs is pretty competitive with Microsoft and Saleforce so I would probably rule that out.

My initial idea is to create a HR system or Hotel Booking System complete with a website.

What software would regard as a must have for your business ie HR system, production control software, stock control?

Also im looking for a small business whowould be interested in a partnership. In return for your input and ideas into my development I will provide you with the finished product.
